CENTRA Lynchburg General Hospital Lynchburg General Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and specializes in emergency and critical care services, neurology & neurosurgery, orthopaedics, outpatient surgery, diabetes/ renal services, and pulmonary care. In 2007, LGH opened the five-story East Tower with 108 spacious, private rooms for orthopaedic, oncology and surgery patients.
