CRITICAL CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER OPPORTUNITY – Lynchburg, VA

Join a strong team of Critical Care physicians and Advance Practice Providers providing top level care with excellent nursing and administrative support!

Centra Medical Group is seeking a Critical Care NP intensivist to help staff at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital, with 357 beds, 40 dedicated to critical care including Cardiothoracic, Neurological, Medical and Surg/Trauma. Centra Lynchburg General Hospital is located in central Virginia and is surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Candidates with at least 2 years of NP experience in any field are welcome to apply.  Should be comfortable caring for a wide breadth of patients. Candidates will be trained in typical critical care procedures including intubation, central line placement, management of shock, and chest tube placement, which they will ultimately perform independently.  Experience with these procedures is a plus.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
